This gentleman took time out of his day to help me over the phone figure out why my wife's laptop was running slow... All on a saturday afternoon mind you. And after we realized that upgrading, it was not a viable option, He went above and beyond and helped me shop for new brands and styles to fit what we were looking for. Todd was very helpful and informative. He called me back in less than an hour, offer me options to aid in my laptop repair, and though it was not a good candidate for a repair, he gave a recommendation for a similar model and offer to help with the transfer if I had trouble doing myself. On Wednesday I flew north to see my cousin. On Friday afternoon I realized I had a deadline to meet before the weekend. I couldn’t get my computer to turn on. I found Absolute Computer online.
