I had a wonderful time working with him. He assisted me in finding out what was wrong with my gaming laptop and always explained things clearly during the process. He was very responsive, helpful, and patient when answering my questions, which meant the whole thing was not so stressful. Todd was so helpful in our computer crisis.   Our old laptop would no longer power on.  Todd recommended a replacement computer in our price range and needs.
